Monthly production record from renewables in July. Cumulatively in the first 7 months of the year in Greece, renewables (excluding large hydro) were the source that produced the largest quantities of electricity (11594 GWh), while fossil gas (11009 GWh) fell to the second place.
For the first time, renewables including large hydro surpass fossil fuels (fossil gas and lignite) during the first half of the year.
