The European Commission called citizens, businesses and organizations from across the EU to “have their say” on the implementation of the much-debated Nature Restoration Law, beginning with submitting their feedback on the “uniform format for the national restoration plans”. This uniform format will be followed by Member States while drafting their National Plans, facilitating the consistent and effective implementation of the Nature Restoration Regulation at national level.
On behalf of the ARTEMIS project, The Green Tank seized this opportunity to state how the ARTEMIS project can support the Member States and the European Commission by “providing methodological support and updated information for the identification of the areas, measures, institutional and financial mechanisms that will support the restoration of Posidonia oceanica in the Mediterranean, as a top priority by 2030 and beyond”.
