New analysis by The Green Tank examines Greece’s potential to reduce its fossil gas consumption in the next eight months in order to contribute to the common European effort.

Monthly production record from renewables in July. Cumulatively in the first 7 months of the year in Greece, renewables (excluding large hydro) were the source that produced the largest quantities of electricity (11594 GWh), while fossil gas (11009 GWh) fell to the second place.
