Comments by Nikos Mantzaris on the future of lignite and the solutions for the conversion of former lignite units, in an article by Thenia Vassiliadou. The article presents the different technologies analyzed for the future of the Ptolemaida V unit, in a study conducted by Haris Doukas, George Trachanas and Vangelis Marinakis from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of NTUA and Nikos Mantzaris that was published in the International Journal of Multicriteria Decision Making.
The article, titled “Detailed presentation of the study for the future of Ptolemaida 5 – Methodology, criteria, results”, was published in Chronos Kozanis (in Greek), on February 1, 2022.
